Placing An Order

Orders can be placed on-line by email or by telephone.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

When you complete the checkout stage, you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All orders will be subject to these conditions.

Full secure payment will be required once you have placed an order on-line. If your order is accepted and the item is in stock your purchase will be confirmed automatically by email. The confirmation does not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted promptly by email or telephone if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in dispatch and you will be refunded as appropriate.

We retain the right to cancel the order as set out under the cancellation heading.

Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. However measurements given are approximate and specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings on your monitor, software or printer. As some items are handmade and hand painted there will be slight variations from item to item.

Payment and Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept visa, master card, delta, switch, and maestro. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus your delivery. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or an error in pricing information Yu Tiger shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product at the incorrect price whether the order has been confirmed or not and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Yu Tiger will issue a credit to your card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Cancellation

Under the consumer protection regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service apart from items personalized for you. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter, fax or email cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase. If you exercise your statutory rights to cancel you must immediately return the unwanted items following the packaging instructions set out under ‘Guarantee’ section below.

Guarantee – Returns Policy

Yu Tiger operate a full refund or exchange policy if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase provided you notify us within 7 days and return the products to us within 14 days unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Please ensure that the products are packed and labeled carefully as the goods are at the customers risk until they are received by us. We recommend that you return the purchase by recorded post and retain proof of posting. Goods are returned at your own expense.

Please note we do not give refunds on the following:

Items returned after 14 days
Items without a completed returns form
Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days
Returned items which are lost or damaged in transit due to incorrect packaging or labeling
Personalised items

General

We reserve the right to change or withdraw any part of the website. If considered necessary we reserve the right to refuse you access to the website. All rights in the design and information on our website are owned by us. These are protected as appropriate, by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may only view reproduce or print the materials on this website for the purpose of ordering goods from us. You will be responsible if you breach these terms or use and will reimburse us for any loss caused to us as a result of your misuse.

If any of these terms and conditions are unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.
