Delivery Details

Please do telephone our enquiries line (0844 800 2619 or +44 1638 507829) if there is any confusion relating to delivery or for any other reason. We are always happy to discuss any issues or concerns our customers may have.

We strongly recommend that our customers or the recipient of our product checks the goods upon receipt – before signing or allowing the driver to leave.

Here are our conditions of delivery and returns:

Delivery charges

For all items up to 25kg England, Wales and southern mainland Scotland add £5.00, allowing 3-7 working days for delivery if items are in stock. If items are NOT IN STOCK then we will notify you. Items greater than 25kg are delivered separately and there can be a charge of up to £85. See details of ‘Delivery of heavy goods orders’, below.

For items up to 10kg being delivered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Scilly Isles please add £20.00 and allow 3-10 working days for delivery if items are in stock. Then add a further 50 pence per kg over 10kg.

Delivery of heavy goods orders.

Some items will be delivered separately from our usual carrier at a charge of up to £85 for deliveries in England, Wales and southern mainland Scotland and could take up to 21 days.

For heavy items being delivered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Scilly Isles please telephone 0844 800 2619 or email enquiries@yutiger.com for a quotation. Some areas can take up to 40 days for delivery even when the product is in stock.

Also note, when ordering some items we may require telephone contact to ensure adequate access is available.

You will be notified by our carriers as to their scheduled delivery date.

Returning your Yu Tiger product.

We strongly recommend that our customers or the recipient of our product make an inspection upon receipt – BEFORE SIGNING or allowing the delivery driver to leave.

In any instance please notify us within 7 days by telephone (0844 800 2619 or +441638 507829) of your intention to return the product. Products should reach us within 14 days with a completed returns form (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

All goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition and sent to:

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. Please note that replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse.

Should you need to return a product from outside mainland UK, please call +44 1638 508 634. Heavy goods items can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge but if you subsequently decide to return it, it may take up to 28 days for collection (40 days for more remote areas) and a charge of £50 will be made.

Special Evening Delivery – 5:50pm to 8:30pm.

For a further £10 we also offer a special evening delivery service that enables our customers or recipients the option to have their goods delivered between 5:50pm and 8:30pm Monday to Friday. So you can ensure you’ll be home from your day to meet the delivery of your new purchase. Prices and details on this website are valid until 31 January 2007. Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct at the time of publication. Please note that due to the limitations of the photographic processes, goods may not be exactly the same colour or hand painted exactly as shown on this website. As most items are handmade from natural materials, there will be slight variations from item to item.

Please note that we do not give refunds on:

• Items returned after 14 days.
• Items without a completed returns form.
• Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 days.
• Children’s furniture from Tini Tiger range featuring bespoke name or date.
